Delivery time
The products purchased on www.quercettistore.com are delivered in Italy by means of an express courier within 48/72 hours from the receipt of the payment. Couriers usually deliver goods between Monday and Friday.
Products for delivery in the other European countries are shipped within 24 hours from the receipt of payment and delivered within 3-5 working days
It might happen that an ordered product is not immediately available; in this case, Quercetti will promptly inform you about the unavailability by e-mail. In any case, the shipment of the products will be carried out in the shortest possible time. Transport and delivery costs are not included in the product price but they are specified during the purchasing process.
